An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Sunday, repeating until January 17, 2021
Join us as Kendall takes us through a gentle yoga flow while mixing in some yin influences. This class will create some heat while focusing on engaging the body with each movement creating strength and balance in the mind and body.
Cost: $15 (Less if you joined us for our 11am Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation and chose to stick around for this experience as well)
