$15A flow practice taking time for deep breaths in each asana and listening to the body in full awareness. Timeless posture sequences focusing on strength with the possibility of building a little heat. Encouraging mindful breathing in relation to lengthening and deepening each stretch. Connection to nature will be explored with seasonal lore, rhythms, and the sacred teachings of plants. Each month a new plant will be focused on to begin the practice and carry the lessons and medicine throughout. Come with an open mind, leave with connections and a full heart & soul.
