Extended Mantra Meditations

Join us as we take a deeper look into specific Mantra meditations. Each meditations will be 20-30min with a discussion after each Mantra. Bring you Mala beads if you have them; otherwise ones will be provided.

While it is not required, one of the mantras we will practice is the guyatri Mantra. So, practice ahead of time if you like.

No prior experience necessary.  All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart.

Cost: There is a sliding scale to try to help make this affordable for all. Suggestion $15-25. Hands Helping Hands
