Anyone can laugh without depending upon a great sense of humor, jokes, or comedy.
Laughter Yoga combines simple laughter exercises (simulated laughter) and gentle yoga breathing, which turns into real laughter when practiced in a group.
Laughter Yoga is supported by powerful tools derived from the Western psychoanalytical methods as well as Eastern spiritual laws. It will help you stay in high spirits when life throws up challenges. In addition, it will enhance your ability to laugh and smile when dealing with negative emotions, situations, and negative or difficult people.
These powerful tools include: how does the human mind work? What is the meaning and purpose of life? Understanding laws of the universe that govern our life? Understanding negative emotions like anger, fear, anxiety, greed, guilt, sadness, lust, and attachments. And we are cultivating positive attitudes like appreciation, forgiveness, service, and devotion.
Space is limited so a RSVP is required. Once you have joined us for an event, you are welcome to text to confirm your spot.
FIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (5 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
