This introductory class includes all sorts of valuable tips for healing and meditating with crystals. It will be hands-on and interactive so please bring your questions, an open mind and respectful heart. The outline is as follows:

Introduction and discussion topics:

2. Healing Techniques
3. Crystal Light Therapy
4. New crystals on market
5. Deeper Understanding of which crystals align with various healing and various meditations.

Practiced Meditations and discussion with select crystals. Attendees will be able to select which crystals from shop for their meditations.
