Accessible to all levels of practice, we integrate pranayama (breath), meditation, philosophy, and movement practices including techniques from kundalini, yin, and vinyasa to open and bring peace to the mind and body.. All are welcome. $15

As a practicing holistic health practitioner for 7 years, Megan informs and offers personalized support to the community through ceremony, group, and individual sessions using a variety of modalities. She is an herbalist, licensed massage therapist, certified 200hr yoga instructor, and reiki master with a BS in Alternative Medicine who aims to assist and empower people in their individual expression, growth, and healing process.
