Family Dance Flow (kid friendly)

Join us for a high-vibe dance party the whole family will love! Bring your grandma, bring your toddler, bring everyone in between and enjoy a free-form conscious dance flow that will get your body moving and your spirit shining. Afterwards, we’ll settle down in circle for a few uplifting mantras, singalong songs, and games to complete our time together and leave feeling connected and ready for a happy week ahead. Groovy beats, soulful vocal harmonies, and facilitation by The Oh My Starlings, Bij and Joe Smith.
