Yoga Nidra (In tipi with immersive Singing Bowls)

Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation which uses a combination of body and breath awareness techniques designed to lead the practitioner into a state of conscious sleep.
In this state, one may experience a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation while creating the opportunity for intentional shifts. Yoga Nidra regulates the nervous system and is an antidote to chronic stress, tension and anxiety. The practice is done lying down; pillows and blankets are available.
No previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary. All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. Please note that space will be limited to help ensure safe and comfortable distancing so please RSVP. Event will be held outside under our large open air 27 foot tipi.
Our Facilitator, Shannon, is a 500 RYT and Facilitator of the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra.
Cost: $15-25; depending on your comfort level. Please do not allow price to be a barrier to attending. We welcome all and can work out alternatives without any stress.
