$10Experience the ultimate state of relaxation with Yoga Nidra while having the opportunity to be aligned with you witness consciousness. Research confirms that Yoga Nidra promote sleep, reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus and enhances one’s well-being.
Yoga Nidra helps you to access the space between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing, rest and transformation can occur. During this practice, Kathryn will be gently guide you through:
1. Breath awareness to calm the nervous system;
2. Body scanning to release physical; and
3. Visualization techniques to promote emotional clarity
No prior experience is necessary as this practice is accessible to everyone. Yoga Nidra is primarily practiced lying downin a comfortable position, making it an effortless yet powerful way to restore balance and ease.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, blocks, eye masks or blankets, but we have enough to share.
Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to get situated, and please remember to not go over 10mph on our shared driveway in order to respect our neigbors, their pets and children.
