$15A slow, restorative practice taking time to sink into each posture as they are held for several minutes. Focusing on thoroughly stretching the deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia of the body. Gathering with the new moon every month, this practice aims to relax and center. As the dark moon is a time to turn inward and slow down, this practice invites connection with the depths of our beings and energy centers. The first gathering of a new moonthly practice will focus on postures to explore and ground with the root chakra, muladhara. Come with an open mind, leave with connections and a full heart & soul.
Some postures may be better explored with support, so if available, please bring a pillow or two or yoga blocks, as well as a blanket. There will be some available to borrow.
