The Facilitator’s Way (weekend retreat): Opening the Channels of Community

Join us for a weekend away on the water to help you to learn how to create and lead interactive events inspired to connect and build communities.

Intended Audience: This retreat can help many different people. First, if you are a practioner who is looking to grow your business or deepen the reach of your offerings. Second, this is ideal for those who are interested in becoming a practioner, either as a career or a hobby. Lastly, if you are looking for a way to give back and be more involved in your community(s), this would be a great fit.

Retreat Purpose: attendees will learn how to (and practice) build, market, deliver and facilitate community offerings.

Approach: This will be a blend of lecture, creative, group practice and feedback. While the skills learned here can be applied to many modalities, the primary focus of the offerings will be

1. Guided Meditations and Breathwork

2. Healing and Energy Shares

3. Community Tarot

There will be technical info given, lots of tips, practice creating and then mostly interactive sessions with real-time feedback and training.

RSVP and PRE PAY Required: This is on a first, come first serve basis. This is limited space and will sell out. Please contact Loren (see below) with any questions or to reserve your spot. This is for adult’s only. Spaces available include private rooms, shared rooms, couches and camping.

Arrival window is anytime between 2 and 6pm Friday. We will have a meet and greet, introductory talk and a tarot pull. This will help to get each person pinpointed to get the most out of the retreat.

Small meals will be provided during the retreat, but please bring extra if you have specialty needs or would like more substantial meals. We will also have a cookout on saturday evening and a bonfire. This retreat is located in a beautiful large home surrounded by the water and large trees nestled away in a private cove. it is approx 2.5 hours away from baltimore/dc areas.

What to bring: Bathing suit, towel, notebook, pen and an outdoor chair.
