Shamanic Journey: Retrieve a Totem Animal

Shamanic Journeying is a direct communion experience, where one is guided to either the Lower World (Ukhupacha), the Upper World (Hanaqpacha) or through the Middle World (Kaypacha). Much of a paqo’s healing work is done in the Ukhupacha, and this is where we will travel to connect with and retrieve a totem animal. Totem animals are animal spirit guides/allies who guide you along your walk, your journey in Life. They have medicine, wisdom to teach you as you journey around the medicine wheel. For example, a deer may be assisting in opening to more gentleness and intuitive, feminine wisdom. Some totems are for life, others stay for a season. In this shamanic journey, you will meet a totem animal and discover how this animal is guiding you in your life. Dress for the weather in case we are around the fire. Bring an eye covering, journal, and something to write with. And of course, come with an open mind and curious, respectful heart.
No Prior experience necessary.
