A gentle slow flow practice taking time for deep breaths & fascia stretching in each asana. Encouraging mindful listening to the body as well as connection to nature & plant beings. Seasonal lore & rhythms will be explored alongside the sacred teachings of plants. Come with an open mind, leave with connections and a full heart & soul.
This month we will be focusing on a special connection with Persimmons.
