Peer Led Meditations

While you do not have to share (or lead) a Meditation, this is an opportunity for community members to put forth meditations they have been wanting to try in a group setting or to otherwise share one they have found great value with.
Persons will be given a 5-15 minute window to introduce and lead a meditation of their choosing. A short follow-up discussion will occur after each one.
No prior experience necessary. All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart.
Cost: to help make this affordable for all, we offer a sliding payment. Suggested amount is $15-25. Hands Helping Hands
