New Moon Cacao Ceremony & Breathwork

$20Becca Steinbach, mesa carrier, and Paula Shaw, 200hr RYT & certified Breath Master, invite you to connect in ceremony with Cacao, breathwork, and sound healing. New moons ignite a new lunation, moon cycle, and offer opportunity to connect within to one’s deep feminine wisdom. New moons are doorways to igniting new intentions, receiving intuitive guidance and revelations, and resetting in stillness. November’s New Moon is in Scorpio, a deep and watery sign of the zodiac. As we deepen in autumn, the season of harvest, shedding and slowing down, we connect deeply with our own inner beings.
Grandmother Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that works directly with the heart. She is the perfect guide in meditation, inner work, and healing. We will open the evening receiving Grandmother Cacao, as she guides us into our own inner realms and stillness and supports us in deepening our experiences in breath and sound.
Paula will then guide us through dynamic breathwork exercises to dive deeper into exploring the work of bringing mind to present and body to a deep state of relaxation. Deep and focused breathing stimulates the vagus nerve activating the parasympathetic nervous system, invoking calm by using the breath as a tool of persistence. Breathwork allows us to eliminate that which no longer serves us and offers room for a more open body, creating space for more love, peace, clarity, gratitude, and deeper connections.
Bringing the evening to a close, Becca will share a sound bath that will nourish our whole beings, and help integrate what we received, cleared, moved through, and opened to.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (5 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
