Mindfulness Nature Walk

Join us for mindful nature walk at Real Eyes Meditation Center. This is the perfect opportunity for self discovery by building a deeper connection with nature. You will be guided through different practices to help expand your senses and tap into the present moment. No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to mindfulness, this event is for you!

The summer solstice will have just happened and summer is time to let our inner light shine bright. To share with the world who we are and what we have to offer. When we connect with nature it can allow us to truly be ourselves without any judgement. We can take these insights and integrate them into our daily lives.

Take this opportunity to cultivate a sense of mindfulness, joy, and gratitude as we embrace this new season. Being in nature also has many health benefits ranging from reducing anxiety, stress, and depression to boosting our immune systems.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes suitable for the weather. This event will be held rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. We look forward to seeing you there!

Space is limited so a RSVP is required.

FIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 mile driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (5 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
