Meditation Practice: A Journey thru Alternative Practices

Come join us for a discussion and practice with a range of alternative styles of Meditation. Meditation is a relationship so it’s important to explore a wide range of meditation techniques so you can discover which styles resonate best with you while also not limiting the potential of your journey. This will include an open forum so we can explore facets important to our attendees. Practices will range from things such as mantras, chants, mudras, guided visualizations, mindfulness, sound, trance, posture, color, crystals, intentions, introspection, mandalas and much more. Each event will vary as will typically explore and practice 2 to 3 styles per event. All all welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. Cost is $15 to $30 depending on your comfort level. If you plan to attend this event, you can also join our complimentary offering immediately preceding this at 7pm, which is an “Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness”.
