Mandala Meditations

Join us as community member, Maru, walks us through the basics of creating mandalas. She will use guided meditations to immerse us in the beauty of the colors while we each create our own personal mandala.
Maru has a master’s degree in art therapy and healing thru study of colors and mandalas.

No prior experience is needed. All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. If you have them, please bring laptop table or a big book for support and crayons, pencils, chalks or markers (please no paint this time).
