Event Description

Enjoy a beginner-friendly practice of Kundalini yoga to release tension and facilitate a calm and meditative mind, followed by a heart-opening experience of sacred chant and spiritual song.

Kundalini Yoga with Live Music:
Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice offering many tools and techniques that allow us to access stillness and peace in class together and in our daily lives. The work includes mantra, breathwork, rhythmic movement, deep relaxation, and meditation to bring about balance and harmony in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. An experiential, exploratory practice, Kundalini Yoga meets you where you are; no prior yoga experience necessary. Live drumming and soothing classical guitar provided by Robert Strasser.

Chant Meditation:
Explore ancient mantras from yogic tradition that have been proven by the personal experiences of millions of people around the world, and more recently by scientific research, to alter brain chemistry and bring about profound states of connectedness, transcendent peace, and exuberant joy. When we gather together and join our voices with intentions of connection, compassion, and peace for ourselves and all beings, the healing ripples out in ways we cannot fathom.

Follow Bij’s sweetly soothing voice and unique melodies, the meditative harmonium, and Robert Strasser’s beautiful guitar on a journey into the heart. Emerge uplifted, renewed, and rejoicing for the gift of your precious life.
