Intro to Meditation & Mindfulness

This is a brief intro for persons new to meditation and mindfulness or for those looking for a refresher. This will include a intro with Q&A regarding postures, mental focus, state of mind/emotion/body, breath work and techniques to support such. This will also include short practice to begin the relationship
All are welcome. The cost for this is $5; or $15-25 if you wish to stay for this event and the meditation group immediately following it from 730 to 9pm. The donation is a range to help support attendees with various means of economic ranges.
