Family Constellations with Yulia

Family Constellations are a way of separating the frozen states of trauma – personal or transgenerational – from our essential selves, so that we can live fully and step into our power. This deeply empathic work heals trauma at many levels to offer us more freedom and more choice.

Given this is an introductory event in order to help get be more familiar and comfortable with this deep approach, we will proceed with the following format:
– Intros & container setting
– Meditation
– Brief introduction of the method
– Exercises
– Closing journey (with drum)

About Yulia:
Yulia is a somatic therapist who specializes in three powerful modalities: the Feldenkrais Method, Family Constellations, and modern Shamanic practices. These healing modalities are all systemic, which means they look at the whole as a sum of its parts rather than holding narrow focus on what hurts right now. The body is an interconnected ecosystem, and it is essential to treat it as such.

Space is limited so a RSVP is required.

FIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 mile driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (5 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses.
