Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony led by Amani India | An Invitation to Stillness πͺ·
Join us for a beautiful afternoon of sacred connection, gentle movement, and intentional presence as we explore the ancient Egyptian tradition of Blue Lotus Tea.
Revered in ancient Egypt as a symbol of spiritual awakening, rebirth, and divine consciousness, the Blue Lotus invites us to slow down, open our hearts, and connect more deeply with ourselves.
Through ceremonial tea, conscious breathing, gentle movement, sacred symbol meditation, and meaningful conversation, we will create space to release the noise of everyday life and return to a state of inner harmony.
