Rebirthing Breathwork: Realigning to Your Soul Purpose
If you feel a pull toward greater clarity, alignment, or connection with your deeper purpose, this workshop offers space to listen inward more fully.
Rebirthing Breathwork uses Conscious Connected Breathing to quiet mental chatter, regulate the nervous system, and support access to expanded states of consciousness. From this deeper state of awareness, participants may experience greater insight, intuition, emotional release, and connection with their inner guidance.
During the breathwork journey, participants will also receive supportive Reiki, reflexology, energy work, and gentle bodywork to help deepen and support the individual experience.
What You May Experience: greater calm and nervous-system regulation, release of held stress and limiting patterns, expanded awareness and intuition, and a stronger sense of clarity, grounding, and alignment with your path.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring an eye mask and journal. A favorite stuffed animal is optional. Mats, blankets and cushions will be provided.
Contraindications
Rebirthing Breathwork involves sustained Conscious Connected Breathing and can create significant physiological, emotional, and altered-state experiences. This practice is contraindicated for individuals with the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Cardiovascular disease or serious heart conditions
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Severe asthma or other significant respiratory conditions
- Glaucoma, retinal detachment, or other serious eye conditions
- Recent surgery, major injury, or any condition that could be aggravated by intensive breathing
- A history of psychosis or severe psychiatric instability
If any of these conditions apply, participation is not recommended without explicit medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Participants should also inform the facilitator in advance of any other medical or psychological condition that could affect their participation.
