Sweat Lodge Ceremony

This will be conducted following the Lakota tradition.

All are welcome as long as you bring an positive attitude, open mind and respectful heart.  Please bring something to contribute to the meal afterwards.

Men should bring a towel and shorts to wear into lodge. Women should bring a long skirt, towel and shirt covering shoulders.

There is no charge for this ceremony.

Here’s the plan for Sunday in case you want to come early.

11am: Singing Bowl Sound Bath meditation

go to lunch afterwards

2pm: Begin setting up for ceremony

4pm: go into sweat lodge

Meal afterwards.
