SUMMARY:Equinox Gathering: Communal Consciousness Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Please note that the circle will be sealed for this ceremony by 630. Arrivals after this time will not be allowed to enter. You must also commit to staying in this ceremony area\, within our fire circle until the end of the ceremony when the gates are reopened. For those that can stay later\, we will then sit around the fire to share with one another what was experienced. \nThis ceremony arrived through a vision to help the participating group collectively connect to through the doorway provided by the equinox energies. This will be conducted in our large 7- foot fire circle area under the evening sky\, which is encircled by a ring of forest. \nWe will begin with setting and aligning attentions and then build the altar through our fire and tying off the doorways of the directional gates. \nAll participants will voluntarily rotate through the evening by participating in drumming\, dance\, prayer and fire scrying. \nThe intention of this ceremony is to open up and radiate a loving Bliss and in this shared consciousness to receive visions and inspirations to then share with the community at the end of the evening. \nAll are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful loving heart. Please no Children under 14 or animals. \nIf you have a drum(s) that you are willing to share\, please bring it. Feel free to also bring a blanket and water (for afterwards). All else will be provided. \nThe suggested offering for this is $25. DESCRIPTION:Spot Energy Chakra Healing with Sharon Sirkis \nDo you have a nagging ache or pain or wish you felt more present and grounded? Come experience a fast\, effective\, and different way of healing through the use of chakra symbology. A couple attendees during this event will have the opportunity to volunteer to get on the table for a healing/insight. Sharon will also be adding some new techniques to this month’s session. \nThis event will immediately follow our 11am Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation. You are welcome to join for both. \n  \nFACILITATOR BIO: Sharon Sirkis graduated from the University of MD in 1979 with a BS in Nursing. She is also a Reiki Master\, a certified Chakra Energy Healing Practitioner\, an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher\, a Black Belt in kenpo karate\, and a singer and firekeeper for Native American sweat lodge ceremony. \nSharon was led to study and assist with numerous classes in Chakra Energy Healing since 1998. She has also studied extensively at T’ai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts (now MUIH)\, with Rosalyn Bruyere\, world renowned energy healer. \nSharon sees healing as a big puzzle\, and she finds that Spot Energy Chakra Healings including dialogue and insights are a much quicker and more effective piece of the puzzle. She agrees that healers are actually conduits for the energy that supports the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself\, although she considers herself to be an active contributor. Sharon believes her background has helped make her an extremely strong and grounded healer\, and also one who connects easily with clients because of her sense of humor and down-to-earth manner. \n  \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart.
