In this hands-on workshop\, we will get to know early spring edible plants that can be found growing locally. \nWe will take a walk around the land focusing on wild edible plants that emerge in early spring. We’ll discuss how to identify them\, some stories & lore\, as well as how to work with them for food or medicine. As we nibble our way around the land\, we will be harvesting the plants we meet to make a wild pesto together! \nPlease bring a trowel\, hori hori\, or other digging tool and garden gloves if you can\, and a bag or basket & scissors for your harvest. DESCRIPTION:The Rite of the Womb is a transformational rite delivered to women through the act of ceremony. \nThe Rite of the womb initiation was bestowed upon a lineage of women through the spirit of the Amazon jungle to a lady shaman. The lineage offered the rite to Marcela Lobos and requested she share it with women. Each woman could then pass it on to other women as well.
