SUMMARY:Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation
DESCRIPTION:This is a special offering from two facilitators of the Crystal Ashram\, Josh Krushat and Erik Lutz. \nThe meditation will be hosted in a unique space\, the loft of an old church. Josh and Erik will have complementary sets of ancient bowls for a unique discovery and deep immersion experience. \nSound Baths can benefit the body\, mind\, and spirit in many\, many ways including balancing stress\, promoting relaxation\, journeying\, working with intuition\, reducing inflammation\, connecting to inner truths\, and remembering the bliss within each of us. \nAll are welcome. \nThe meditation will start at 7:30pm\, no admission after that time. Please arrive between 7-7:30pm to get settled! \nCome early (between 7-7:25pm) if you want to experience some of the Subsonic bowls more closely. We will be placing some of these ancient masters on participants so you can experience the vibrations more closely and tangibly. DESCRIPTION:Sweat lodge is poured following lakota tradition. All welcome as long as come with open/positive mind and respectful heart. \nThere is no charge for this ceremony\, but each person should bring something to contribute to feast afterwards. Also\, donations of things such as firewood\, tobacco\, rocks suitable for heating for lodge\, sage and sweet grass are appreciated. \nPlease bring 1 or two towels for lodge and appropriate clothes to wear into lodge. Men should wear shorts and women should have long skirt and shirt covering shoulders. \nWe begin prepping for ceremony around 2pm but come as early as you like as we can always use help around our facility.
