With Cacao\, we will open our hearts\, set our intentions and awaken the sacred space for the shamanic journeys. \nGuided Shamanic Journey: The first journey will be a guided visualization taking you into the realms of Earth Magic… \nGuided Shamanic Posture Meditation: The second experience will involve the practice of trance posture meditation\, a powerful method for accessing deeper states of awareness\, inner healing\, and spiritual connection. This unique guided session invites you to explore the wisdom of your body through sacred postures and rhythmic soundscapes. You will relax into a specific posture guided by an experienced facilitator\, combining breathwork\, focused intention\, and gentle cues including rhythmic sounds designed to support your trance state and enhance your experience.\nThis will conclude with some journaling and a reflective circle to integrate insights and share your journey with others. \nWHAT TO BRING: Please bring a mug (for cacao)\, along with a pen and journal to help reflect what arises in your journeys. DESCRIPTION:New Year’s Eve at the Center ✨ \nJoin us for a cozy\, joy-filled evening as we welcome the New Year together—with love\, laughter\, and the simple magic of community. \nThe night will unfold organically\, guided by the energy and interests of everyone who gathers. We’ll have a potluck meal available throughout the evening\, spaces to relax and connect\, and you’re welcome to sleep over if you’d like (we just ask that you plan to head out early the next morning 🙂). \nLast year naturally blossomed into little pockets of joy—some folks playing board games\, others exploring tarot or the I-Ching\, and a group bravely singing their hearts out with karaoke. We imagine something similar this year. If you happen to have a karaoke machine we could borrow\, please let us know! We’ll also have a warm fire going inside\, and possibly a bonfire outside as well. DESCRIPTION:This will be part of an ongoing series in which we read through and discuss the Ra Law of One Materials. If you would like to join and missed prior sessions\, please just reach out to us if you’d like to learn what lesson we will be starting with during this session. \n  \nOver a 4 yr period in the early 80’s\, 3 people studying channeling and spiritual phenomena\, over many decades\, encountered a 6 density being\, Ra. Ra comes through as a messenger of the Law of One with teachings emphasizing the fundamental unity in all of existence. \n  \nThrough a Q&A format\, Ra provided information on the purpose of humanity with great insights and tools to help us discover purpose and to help the human race evolve. \n  \nWe now feel it is time to share this info with our community as these materials are a great way to get clear insight on so many psychological\, philosophical and spiritual happenings. \n  \nThis series will continue on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month. DESCRIPTION:Required. Please read this description in its entirety. \nBeloved Community\, \nYou are warmly invited to join us for a sweat lodge ceremony. All are welcome who arrive with an open mind and a respectful heart. No prior experience is needed. We will begin with an introduction\, review some songs\, and create prayer ties before entering the lodge together. \nPreparation & Work Together \nAn important part of the ceremony is caring for the land beforehand. Please come in work clothes and bring gloves. If you have tools such as a rake\, chainsaw\, weed whacker\, or maul\, feel free to bring them. If physical labor isn’t possible for you\, there are always other meaningful ways to help. Time will be given to change into your sweat attire before the ceremony begins. \nAbout the Ceremony \nThis sacred tradition is held in honor of the Lakota ways—for purification\, renewal of life\, and deep connection with Grandmother Earth and Spirit. We ask that you come with humility\, leaving behind ego and unnecessary burdens. All are equal here. Please understand this is a time for community\, and practicing opening our hearts. So there’s no need to bring in other practices such as crystals\, chanting\, or energy healing. That way\, it’s just you coming into the lodge \nThere is no fee to attend. A donation bowl will be available for those who wish to help support the ceremony and upkeep of the grounds. \nGuidelines & Attire \n\nPlease bring 1–2 towels and wear appropriate clothing:\nMen: shorts\nWomen: long skirt and a shirt covering the shoulders\nBring a small tobacco offering for the firekeeper and intercessor\nOther contributions are appreciated\, such as cotton cloth\, tobacco\, sage\, sweat grass.\nAt times\, some may be asked to support or pray outside the lodge.
