DESCRIPTION:Reclamation is a dance I had the idea for months back but I put on the back burner. Synchronicity and meaning in my personal life conspired to make this feel 100% aligned for May and the return to where I first started doing dances\, Real Eyes Meditation Center! Many of you have attended events here\, but for those of you who haven’t\, this place is truly beautiful and magical. There is a gorgeous fire pit\, a labyrinth\, and a teepee on the land (it’s occupied though\, lol) — not to mention just a lot of love and intention put into the space\, with shrines\, ornaments\, cairns and more.\nPlus\, ecstatic dance outdoors is incredibly potent. I’m still sitting with the opening ceremony and who/if I will be collaborating for this event. I’m pretty sure fire will be involved\, but we shall see.\nJust know that the intention here is to reclaim exiled parts of ourselves. Parts we’ve given away or suppressed\, parts we’ve lost or forgotten\, parts we’ve had taken from us\, parts we shall reclaim with loving intent. We engage in this reclamation not to have what we once knew\, but to have the essence of it refined with more love and more meaning to us.\nCover is $20\n~ ! DESCRIPTION:The Rite of the Womb is a transformational rite delivered to women through the act of ceremony. \nThe Rite of the womb initiation was bestowed upon a lineage of women through the spirit of the Amazon jungle to a lady shaman.
