DESCRIPTION:A workshop to nourish & strengthen your body\, thru practices that are some of the secrets of not just potentially increasing not just your lifespan\, but also your healthspan: \nThe workshop will be\, in the following order: \n1. Stretching: A short introduction of the various aspects of stretching followed by guided Dynamic stretching\, most parts of your body…joints\, muscles\, tendons\, etc. \n2. Sexual health: Kegel exercises\, glute bridges\, pelvic floor stretches. \n3. Workout: An amazing workout…You can make it the easiest workout that you may ever complete\, or it can be one of the most intense that you may experience. It can be done by just one person alone…just by yourself\, or any number of people together competitively with scores. The regular version takes a total of 17minutes for 3 sets\, even including 2 interim rest periods. It covers cardio + weight\, mostly bodyweight\, and will work out most major muscle groups of your body for a full body workout. \n4. Post workout Static stretching. \n5. Breathwork: For your systems easing down from the exercises\, strengthening your immune system\, stamina\, anti-depression\, traveling within yourself and perhaps to other spaces. \n6. DESCRIPTION:Reclamation is a dance I had the idea for months back but I put on the back burner. Synchronicity and meaning in my personal life conspired to make this feel 100% aligned for May and the return to where I first started doing dances\, Real Eyes Meditation Center! Many of you have attended events here\, but for those of you who haven’t\, this place is truly beautiful and magical. There is a gorgeous fire pit\, a labyrinth\, and a teepee on the land (it’s occupied though\, lol) — not to mention just a lot of love and intention put into the space\, with shrines\, ornaments\, cairns and more.\nPlus\, ecstatic dance outdoors is incredibly potent. I’m still sitting with the opening ceremony and who/if I will be collaborating for this event. In this hands-on workshop\, we will get to know early spring edible plants that can be found growing locally. \nWe will take a walk around the land focusing on wild edible plants that emerge in early spring.
