SUMMARY:Spot Energy Chakra Healing
DESCRIPTION:Spot Energy Chakra Healing with Sharon Sirkis \nDo you have a nagging ache or pain or wish you felt more present and grounded? Come experience a fast\, effective\, and different way of healing through the use of chakra symbology. A couple attendees during this event will have the opportunity to volunteer to get on the table for a healing/insight. Sharon will also be adding some new techniques to this month’s session. \nThis event will immediately follow our 11am Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation. You are welcome to join for both. \n  \nFACILITATOR BIO: Sharon Sirkis graduated from the University of MD in 1979 with a BS in Nursing. She is also a Reiki Master\, a certified Chakra Energy Healing Practitioner\, an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher\, a Black Belt in kenpo karate\, and a singer and firekeeper for Native American sweat lodge ceremony. \nSharon was led to study and assist with numerous classes in Chakra Energy Healing since 1998. She has also studied extensively at T’ai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts (now MUIH)\, with Rosalyn Bruyere\, world renowned energy healer. \nSharon sees healing as a big puzzle\, and she finds that Spot Energy Chakra Healings including dialogue and insights are a much quicker and more effective piece of the puzzle. She agrees that healers are actually conduits for the energy that supports the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself\, although she considers herself to be an active contributor. Sharon believes her background has helped make her an extremely strong and grounded healer\, and also one who connects easily with clients because of her sense of humor and down-to-earth manner. \n  \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. However we also invite in elders from other communities. thus teachings may come from other traditions as well. \nWe ask that you come with humility\, leaving behind ego and unnecessary burdens. All are equal here. Please understand this is a time for community\, and practicing opening our hearts. So there’s no need to bring in other practices such as crystals\, chanting\, or energy healing. That way\, it’s just you coming into the lodge \nThere is no fee to attend. A donation bowl will be available for those who wish to help support the ceremony and upkeep of the grounds. \nGuidelines & Attire \n\nPlease bring 1–2 towels and wear appropriate clothing:\nMen: shorts\nWomen: long skirt and a shirt covering the shoulders\nBring a small tobacco offering for the firekeeper and intercessor\nOther contributions are appreciated\, such as cotton cloth\, tobacco\, sage\, sweat grass.\nAt times\, some may be asked to support or pray outside the lodge. Please bring a dish to contribute. Paper goods are also appreciated. \nLocation & Directions \n15406 Riding Stable Rd. \nThe property is at the end of a ½-mile driveway through the woods. You will cross a small stream. Please drive very slowly (under 10 MPH) to keep dust down and to respect our neighbors. Kindly do not stop to interact with the horses. \nIf this is your first time coming to a sweat lodge ceremony at our location\, it is important that you arrive as close to the start time as possible.
