There will be time before the ceremony to change into your sweat attire. \nThis ceremony is conducted with respect and in honor of the traditional ways\, to purify\, for the promotion and redemption of life and to honor and make relations with grandmother earth and our spiritual life. She has also studied extensively at T’ai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts (now MUIH)\, with Rosalyn Bruyere\, world renowned energy healer.\n\nSharon sees healing as a big puzzle\, and she finds that Spot Energy Chakra Healings including dialogue and insights are a much quicker and more effective piece of the puzzle. She agrees that healers are actually conduits for the energy that supports the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself\, although she considers herself to be an active contributor. DESCRIPTION:The Fall Equinox represents the time of year when the light and dark are in balance.  This is a time to celebrate and give thanks for recent experiences and to prepare for going deep within. This is also a great opportunity to release what no longer serves you in order to create space for stepping into our potential. \nJoin us as we celebrate and prepare ourselves for what lies ahead. \nWe will start with a ceremony which includes a guided labyrinth walk designed to align with this portal. This will include a cacao ceremony along with a reenactment of the traditional Druid ceremonies\, Alban Elfed  and Mea’n Fo’mhair. We will conclude our walk with a cacao ceremony at the heart of our labyrinth. \nNext\, with this newly created space and our heart’s wide open\, we will lay down under the stars to take in a candlelit Gong bath hosted by Iris. \nWe will finish up with an open share sitting around the fire. For those that wish to camp over\, our space will be open for this as well. \nAbout Iris: Iris McCray AKA the gong lady works in service of helping people connecting to their divinity through sound. Guided by and for the purpose of the Highest good she is able to provide a field of sound which opens and strengthens pathways to love\, wisdom and peace. Iris utilizes frequencies and vibrations from instruments she is led to work with such as gongs\, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls among a \nwide variety of indigenous and modern instruments.
