DESCRIPTION:Sweat lodge is poured following lakota tradition. All welcome as long as come with open/positive mind and respectful heart. \nThere is no charge for this ceremony\, but each person should bring something to contribute to feast afterwards. Also\, donations of things such as firewood\, tobacco\, rocks suitable for heating for lodge\, sage and sweet grass are appreciated. \nPlease bring 1 or two towels for lodge and appropriate clothes to wear into lodge. Men should wear shorts and women should have long skirt and shirt covering shoulders. \nWe begin prepping for ceremony around 2pm but come as early as you like as we can always use help around our facility.

DESCRIPTION:Wuji Internal Arts Presents: \nSung: Autumn and the Art of Letting Go \nThe fall (4 session) Qigong series will focus on the last four movements of the Fundamental Ji Ben Qi Form. These fundamental exercises build strength\, support restoring the natural alignment of the body while establishing a solid foundation for regulating internal energy. \nUtilizing the impulse of the Fall Season\, the classes will focus on “sung” (letting go or relaxing) and “ting” (to truly listen). All are welcome as long as you come with an open and positive mind and a respectful heart. \n\n\n \n\n\nThere is no charge for this ceremony\, however each person should also bring something to contribute to meal afterwards. You are also welcome to stay until our fire ceremony and Full Moon Labyrinth walk later that evening. Other resources we’d appreciate are split firewood\, tobacco\, cloth (for prayer ties)\, sage and sweet grass. \n\n\n \n\n\nPlease bring the appropriate attire to go into sweat lodge. This include 1 to 2 towels\, shorts for men and a long skirt and shirt covering the shoulders for women.
