DESCRIPTION:  \n \nSit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nThis is a unique offering as it will be held outside in our labyrinth. Oftentimes\, the birds and other animals join in to make this a uniquely immersive experience. \nPlease feel free to bring you own chair or blanket if that helps you feel better. Social distancing will be practiced. \nPlease note that our ceremony will still occur regardless of weather. If it rains\, we will either move to our outside tent or upstairs into the loft of our converted church. We also have beautiful garden space and an indoor crystal shop in case you want to come early or stay after. \nWe have the ceremony on Sundays at 11am and again at 5:30 pm. DESCRIPTION:Vocal Toning is a unique form of meditation. It can be practiced in a group or alone. Group toning is energizing\, empowering and easy to do. \nParticipants create tones\, basic vowels sounds that resonate with themselves. In a group circle\, each person adds to his or her own tone to the mix\, which begins to build a tapestry of sound. This practice of breathing and creating communal sound is an intuitive\, joyful and playful practice that produces variety of energetic cleansing and healing effects. \nFacilitator\, Michael Gallelli\, a shamanic practitioner and sound activator\, will be facilitating this communal circle of Vocal Toning. DESCRIPTION:All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. \nDuring this group meditation\, practitioners will be introduced to specific ritual body postures\, which have been shown to facilitate experiences during meditation such as ecstatic trance\, healing\, divination\, and spiritual journey. We keep these events light and fun as we explore our relationship with meditation and ourselves in a supportive group environment \nJust as a crossed leg meditation helps to still the mind and yoga postures help to move energy through areas of your body\, select trance postures with accompanying audible beats (drum or rattle) are specifically used to enter an ecstatic trance state. While most meditations help to put you into an alpha state\, Ecstatic body postures help produce slower theta states\, which often results in practitioners experiencing very similar journeys. \nThis meetup will consist of an introduction to Trance Posture and the select postures chosen for the evening. SUMMARY:Ecstatic Trance Posture Meditation
DESCRIPTION:During this group meditation\, practitioners will be introduced to specific ritual body postures\, which have been shown to facilitate experiences during meditation such as ecstatic trance\, healing\, divination\, and spiritual journey. \nJust as a crossed leg meditation helps to still the mind and yoga postures help to move energy through areas of your body\, select trance postures with accompanying audible beats (drum or rattle) are specifically used to enter an ecstatic trance state. While most meditations help to put you into an alpha state\, Ecstatic body postures help produce slower theta states\, which often results in practitioners experiencing very similar journeys. \nThis meetup will consist of an introduction to Trance Posture and the select postures chosen for the evening.
