DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nThis event will be held outside in our labyrinth. There will be a ceremony at 11am and another one at 4pm. Please email if interested because advanced confirmation due to us limiting the number of attendees. \nPlease feel free to bring you own chair or blanket if that helps you feel better.
