DESCRIPTION:This guided ceremony will begin with Cacao; followed by two meditative shamanic Journeys. If the weather is nice\, this will be held in our 24′ Tipi around the fire. If not\, we will move it to our fire indoors. We do not announce the style or direction of our journeys ahead of time as we wait to be guided with spirit and the soul of the group arriving. \nSome journeys take us to the lower worlds and some have us meeting with spirits from higher realms. We typically start with inviting in the spirit of Cacao to help open our hearts and then follow with two guided journeys\, each with time after to journal and share. \nTransformative Cacao Ceremony: This will be a journey into the heart guided by the healing power of sacred cacao. Rooted in ancient traditions\, this ceremonial experience honors and offers a safe\, nurturing space for reflection\, connection\, and renewal. With Cacao\, we will open our hearts\, set our intentions and awaken the sacred space for the shamanic journeys. \nGuided Shamanic Journey: Often\, these include guided visualization into the realms of Earth Magic and include other elementals. Others include bringing in energetic systems such as trance posture\, drumming\, rattles as we access deeper states of awareness\, inner healing\, and spiritual connection. DESCRIPTION:Spot Energy Chakra Healing with Sharon Sirkis \nDo you have a nagging ache or pain or wish you felt more present and grounded? Come experience a fast\, effective\, and different way of healing through the use of chakra symbology. A couple attendees during this event will have the opportunity to volunteer to get on the table for a healing/insight. Sharon will also be adding some new techniques to this month’s session. \nThis event will immediately follow our 11am Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation. You are welcome to join for both. \n  \nFACILITATOR BIO: Sharon Sirkis graduated from the University of MD in 1979 with a BS in Nursing. She is also a Reiki Master\, a certified Chakra Energy Healing Practitioner\, an accredited T’ai Chi Chih teacher\, a Black Belt in kenpo karate\, and a singer and firekeeper for Native American sweat lodge ceremony. \nSharon was led to study and assist with numerous classes in Chakra Energy Healing since 1998. She has also studied extensively at T’ai Sophia Institute for the Healing Arts (now MUIH)\, with Rosalyn Bruyere\, world renowned energy healer. \nSharon sees healing as a big puzzle\, and she finds that Spot Energy Chakra Healings including dialogue and insights are a much quicker and more effective piece of the puzzle. She agrees that healers are actually conduits for the energy that supports the body’s innate wisdom to heal itself\, although she considers herself to be an active contributor. Sharon believes her background has helped make her an extremely strong and grounded healer\, and also one who connects easily with clients because of her sense of humor and down-to-earth manner. \n  \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart.
