DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nSpace is limited so a RSVP is required. Once you have joined us for an event\, you are welcome to text to confirm your spot. \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop. \nIMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses. \nCOST: To help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25. SUMMARY:Meditative Forest Walk
DESCRIPTION:This will start around 12:30\, immediately following our 11am singing bowl sound bath meditation. So\, if possible\, please join for both. \nWe will leave from our center and follow the road and then trails into the forest\, following the path of our stream until it reaches the reservoir. \nThis will be a gentle walk/hike a little over a mile each way. We will mostly be walking along a trail so the difficulty is not high\, but we will be walking hills that require some agility. \nNo special gear is needed but most should wear good tennis or hiking shoes\, should bring some water and wear pants or spray to limit interaction with ticks. \nAlong the way\, we will pass a few waterfalls and other notable displays of nature. once we get to the half way point\, we will stop to meditate and honor a silence on the way back to give each person the chance to fully immerse themselves with the spirit of the forest. \nThere is no charge for this event\, but donations are always appreciated. \nPlease remember to drive slowly (under 10mph) on our driveway and please do not stop to interact with the horses. \nWith Love and Gratitude.
