DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nSpace is limited so a RSVP is required. Once you have joined us for an event\, you are welcome to text to confirm your spot. \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop. \nIMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses. \nCOST: To help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25. SUMMARY:Foraging for Wild Spring Edibles
DESCRIPTION:This will be a hands-on foraging walk & wild pesto making adventure with Annie-Sophie from the Green Farmacy. \nCome explore & nibble greens around the land while learning identification and benefits of spring edibles we’ll harvest to make wild herbal pesto together! \n“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” \nThere is an abundance of wild\, free food\, that doubles as medicine\, growing all around us! In this hands-on workshop\, we will get to know early spring edible plants that can be found growing locally. We’ll discuss how to identify them as well as how to work with them for food and/or medicine. \nWe will take a walk around the land focusing on wild edible & medicinal plants that emerge in early spring. \nAs we nibble our way around\, we will be harvesting the plants we meet to make & taste a wild pesto together! Some wild spring edibles we may meet and explore include: \npurple dead nettle\, Lamium purpureum \nviolet\, Viola spp. \nchickweed\, Stellaria media \ndandelion\, Taraxacum officinale \nnettle\, Urtica dioica \nbittercress\, Cardamine hirsuta \nground ivy\, Glechoma hederacea \nonion grass\, Allium vineale \npeppergrass\, Lepidium virginicum \ngarlic mustard\, Alliaria petiolata \nhenbit\, Lamium amplexicaule \n  \nWhat to bring: \nA notebook and writing utensil if you use them. \nA harvest basket or bag if you have one; there may be an abundance of plants for participants to take home:) \nAny snacks you may want to enjoy with the pesto such as crackers\, veggies\, etc. Limited snacks will be provided\, though may not cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions/preferences \nA small container in case there is enough pesto for folks to take a sample home \nI look forward to sharing the magic gifts of plants with you\, & reveling in spring’s beauty & wonder together! \n💫 For First-Time Visitors \n\nNo prior experience is needed.\nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.\nYou are welcome to walk the grounds or explore our crystal shop before the circle begins.\n\n📍 Directions \n\nAddress: 15406 Riding Stable Rd.
