DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nSpace is limited so a RSVP is required. Once you have joined us for an event\, you are welcome to text to confirm your spot. \nFIRST TIMERS: All are welcome as long as you come with an open/positive mind and respectful heart. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop. \nIMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (under 10 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses. \nCOST: To help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25. Here we will explore listening in the astral realm to gain insights\, messages\, and auric clarity. \n  \nWhat can you expect from this experience? \nRelaxation: This is a meditative journey to explore our subconscious mind and uplift our consciousness. The journey begins with relaxation techniques to help ease you into a meditative state. \nDrumming: The steady and rhythmic beat of drums serves as a guide\, creating a trance-like atmosphere. The drumming is used to facilitate a shift in consciousness moving us into a theta state. \nVisualization: You will guided into a visualization meditation to meet your power animal and receive necessary guidance or healing. \nCommunity Connection: There’s often a sense of communal energy and connected experiences\, we will open space for sharing. \n  \nAbout the facilitator: \nAmani India \nAmani is an indigenous medicine carrier who is dedicated to uplifting the consciousness of those around her. She has trained in the metaphysics of drum journeys by Barnaby Ruhe and have been practicing guiding meditative journeys for three years. She has been initiated into Sivananda lineage of yoga by Sri Yogi Hari. Over the past three years she has spent weeks at a time in his ashram studying Vedic wisdom of self realization. As well as studying and being initiated in serving Amazonian plant medicines. Amani is devoted to sharing a higher awareness. \n  \nAll are welcome. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 min early to get situated. We are the red house at the very end of 1/2 mile drive. Please drive extra slowly on the drive. \n  \nCost: $20
