The cooling and calming flower supports a calm and focused mind\, making it an excellent herb for meditation. \nWe’ll be sitting with butterfly pea flower in many forms (tea\, tincture\, lotion). Please bring a mug for tea\, and a journal if you like. \nPrice: $20-25 \nPlease try to arrive 10 min early to get situated.
