DESCRIPTION:Spring In Motion is a collaboration between Dr. Harnoor Singh & Halsey Payne. Harnoor is a physical therapist who will be starting the event off with a Foundations In Functional Movement class\, followed by a curated and cathartic 2 hour DJ set performed by Halsey for the Ecstatic Dance! \nThis promises to be a playful\, educational and inspirational experience with the intention of bringing the attendees a heightened sense of appreciation for the human body\, and a chance to express themselves in a free and safe space through the sacred experience of movement and dance! \nThere will also be a large fire going in case you need to stay warm while taking a break to recharge. \nJoin us for our first event of the year\, we will be doing an ecstatic dance monthly so we’d love to see ya kick the year off with us and bring in Spring with some Motion!\n~ !
