SUMMARY:Vision Board Meditation & Creation
DESCRIPTION:Envision & realign with 2022 – Create Your own Vision Board \nDuring this event\, we’ll spend time in brief meditation before tapping into our creative energy by designing a vision board. \nLet us explore\, appreciate\, and release those things that no longer serve us on our current journey\, in our present moment. We’ll spend some time in meditation flowing through each chakra\, allowing ourselves to notice what we notice without judgement\, only awareness. Reflecting on your past experiences appreciating what comes to mind and determining which can be released that no longer serve you. This could be a belief system\, an anger or assumption about something or someone\, an activity\, a friendship\, or employment. Look at it as if you are cleaning out your closet to make room for new clothes or garage space for new toys. \nOnce we’ve meditated and cleared space for our future\, we’ll spend time creating a vision board. A vision board can include images\, words\, affirmations\, visual movement using drawing tools\, photographs\, etc… the possibilities of what your vision board can become are endless. \nThis event will be lead by community member\, Lisa Horn\, a certified career and life coach. She will bring the following supplies\, but you are also encouraged to bring whatever you would like to add to your vision: \n– magazines\, to find images and text\n– affirmation cards\n– scissors\n– crayons\n– colored markers\n– pens\n– pencils\n– stickers \nSpace is limited so a RSVP is required. \nFIRST TIMERS: No prior experience necessary. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so you can get situated. You are also welcome to walk our grounds or check out or crystal shop. We also have a sound bath meditation at 11am if you’d like to join. \nIMPORTANT DIRECTIONS: The address is 15406 Riding Stable rd. Property is at end of 1/2 driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please be EXTRA MINDFUL to drive slowly (5 MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust. It is a shared driveway so it’s important to respect our neighbors. Please do not stop to interact with horses. \nCOST: To help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25.
