DESCRIPTION:  \nA flow practice taking time for deep breaths in each asana and listening to the body in full awareness. Timeless posture sequences focusing on strength with the possibility of building a little heat. Encouraging mindful breathing in relation to lengthening and deepening each stretch. Connection to nature will be explored with seasonal lore\, rhythms\, and the sacred teachings of plants. \nEach month a new plant will be focused on to begin the practice and carry the lessons and medicine throughout. Come with an open mind\, leave with connections and a full heart & soul. \nAll are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. \n***Please note this is at a new address. Property is at end of long driveway into the woods. you will drive over a small stream. Please drive slowly (5MPH) as to not stir any driveway dust and do not stop to interact with horses. thank you. \nCost: $15
