DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Gongs\, Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nThis ceremony will be held in the upstairs cathedral loft of our converted church. We will also have seats on main floor if you want to practice extra social distancing. We will also cap the number of attendees so please RSVP beforehand and bring a mask. \nTo help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25.
