SUMMARY:Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation
DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nThis event will be held in the upstairs cathedral loft of our converted church\, however there is also seating available on the main floor to allow for safe social distancing.  We will also cap the number of attendees so please RSVP beforehand. Please bring a mask. \nTo help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25. All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. \nWith Love and Gratitude

DESCRIPTION:This event will immediately follow our Singing Bowls Sound Bath Meditation in case you would like to attend both. \nElders from our community will discuss their life experiences and wisdom gained as it relates to their perspectives with Indigenous Wisdom and Culture. \nThis will be an open forum so we will encourage other elders to share their insights as well. Each event in this series will be a different independent theme.  All are welcome as long as you come with an open mind and respectful heart. \nSheri depetro is a local acupuncturist\, psychotherapist and teacher at MD school of integrative health. \nLori Rubenstein is an anthropologist and retired professor from MICA and Towson University. \nDue to cold weather\, this event will be held in the cathedral loft of our converted church so please bring a mask. You are also welcome to come early if you would like to check out our crystal shop. \nCost: $15-25
