SUMMARY:Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation (Outside in Labyrinth)
DESCRIPTION:Sit back and relax as Tibetan & crystal bowls (and other instruments) help bring you back into alignment thru sacred sound therapy. This is a great way to clear yourself and recharge for the week ahead. For those interested\, it can also assist in achieving deeper stages of meditation. \nThis is a unique offering as it will be held outside in our labyrinth. Oftentimes\, the birds and other animals join in to make this a uniquely immersive experience. \nPlease feel free to bring you own chair or blanket if that helps you feel better. Social distancing will be practiced. \nPlease note that our ceremony will still occur regardless of weather. If it rains\, we will either move to our outside tent or upstairs into the loft of our converted church. We also have beautiful garden space and an indoor crystal shop in case you want to come early or stay after. \nWe have the ceremony on Sundays at 11am and again at 5:30 pm. Please RSVP as space is limited. \nTo help make this affordable to all\, we have an offering range of $15-$25 \nWith Love and Gratitude
