DESCRIPTION:Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation which uses a combination of body and breath awareness techniques designed to lead the practitioner into a state of conscious sleep. \nIn this state\, one may experience a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation while creating the opportunity for intentional shifts. Yoga Nidra regulates the nervous system and is an antidote to chronic stress\, tension and anxiety. The practice is done lying down; pillows and blankets are available. \nYoga Nidra is for everyone\, no previous meditation or yoga experience is necessary. \nOur Facilitator\, Shannon\, is a 500 RYT and Facilitator of the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. \nThis will include a Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation in the background \nOffering: $15-25 (based on your comfort level)
