SUMMARY:Sweat Lodge Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Sweat lodge is poured following lakota tradition. All welcome as long as come with open/positive mind and respectful heart. \nThere is no charge for this ceremony\, but each person should bring something to contribute to feast afterwards. Also\, donations of things such as firewood\, tobacco\, rocks suitable for heating for lodge\, sage and sweet grass are appreciated. \nPlease bring 1 or two towels for lodge and appropriate clothes to wear into lodge. Men should wear shorts and women should have long skirt and shirt covering shoulders. \nWe begin prepping for ceremony around 1pm but come as early as you like as we can always use help around our facility.
