DESCRIPTION:  \nIn order to help introduce our facility and the practice of Qi Gong to our surrounding community\, for the Saturday only\, our Facilitators are offering a free (donation based) Qi Gong class. All are welcome; whether you are new to our facility or not and whether you are new to Qi Gong or not. \nDuring this class our facilitators gauge interest and recommendations regarding holding an ongoing series at our center. \nThis very special offering will be co-taught by Jeri Hemerlein and Felicia Ho. This is a great way to receive some personalized attention while learning the fundamentals of Qi Gong.
