The work includes mantra\, breathwork\, rhythmic movement\, deep relaxation\, and meditation to bring about balance and harmony in body\, mind\, emotions\, and spirit. An experiential\, exploratory practice\, Kundalini Yoga meets you where you are; no prior yoga experience necessary. Live drumming and soothing classical guitar provided by Robert Strasser. \nChant Meditation:\nExplore ancient mantras from yogic tradition that have been proven by the personal experiences of millions of people around the world\, and more recently by scientific research\, to alter brain chemistry and bring about profound states of connectedness\, transcendent peace\, and exuberant joy. She sings and speaks to facilitate direct experiences of peace\, to share the knowledge she has accumulated through her training and life experiences\, and to provide inspiration to reconnect to nature. She deeply loves the Earth and believes that yoga\, music\, and permaculture offer powerful tools help us rise above inner and outer conflicts and create a healthy\, harmonious future for all. \nAbout Robertj: \nRobert Strasser is studio artist\, musician and environmental biologist who has performed with a variety of musicians in the sacred song traditions. He has a great affinity for yoga and the unspoiled in nature. He is currently working as a studio artist with specializations in ceramic percussion instrument making\, slip inlay and biodiversity mosaics.
